THE Hinckley-based manufacturer has refreshed its existing models, with the Daytona 675 getting a striking new sulphur yellow paint job, complete with yellow pinstripes on the wheels.

New colours for Triumph range

Purple Bonnie

It also gets carbon fibre front mudguard, cockpit infills and exhaust heat shield, plus quickshifter and billet levers, and costs £8875 OTR.

The Speed Triple will also be available in the new yellow scheme.

The classic Bonneville SE is now available in an imperial purple/white, the tank logo decal has been replaced with a badge, and restyled engine fins. The Thruxton is now available in a classic Brooklands green while the Scrambler gets a matt graphite coat.

The Thunderbird cruiser is offered in Caspian blue/phantom black and marble red haze livery, while all the Thunderbird two-tone paint schemes will see this treatment extended to the front mudguards. The Storm also gains a menacing matt graphite option.

The Speedmaster and America get a more discreet oil pipe cooler, and the Speedmaster comes in two new options – matt black and sapphire blue/jet black, while the America drops the Caribbean blue/white scheme in favour of a sapphire blue/white option.

What do you think of the new breed of cheaper, more economical bikes? (e.g. Honda's CB500)

Great - we need more affordable everyday bikes
I don't ride a bike to care about mpg
I prefer a bike with more power and kerb appeal
Would like to see all manufacturers with bigger capacity machines under £5k
There should be more development going into much higher mpg machines - 200mpg+ please!
