Star letter: Customer service

Dear MCM...I would like to tell you about a dealer local to me, Chelsea Scooters, in Wandsworth, London.

One night recently on leaving work my old Honda would not start. I tried most things. Then the battery went dead. I ended up pushing bike up the road to the dealer. I asked if I could have a jumpstart, no problem they said. The bike still wouldn’t go. They suggested taking the battery out and then popped it on charge for half hour. They suggested checking the plugs too, so I did in their shop, despite them being very busy, but they just got on and tried to help – great blokes. And yes, I did get the bike to fire. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve been on the bus. Big thanks to them.
